Pothole Blackspots

Due to winter damage to road surfaces, there are a number of known blackspots for potholes in/near Leigh:

16th February - 3rd April

Temporary traffic lights by the new housing estate between the Spine Road crossroads and Somerford Keynes.

2nd March - 1st May

Applies to all footpaths and bridleways that follow the railway line through Minety, Leigh, Widham and north of Purton.

Restricted access and temporary closures due to construction works.

23rd March - from 7pm

The B4040 will be closed overnight between Minety and Cricklade for pothole repairs close to Leigh Crossroads.

25th March - from 7pm

The B4040 will be closed overnight between Minety and Charlton for pothole repairs on the outskirts of Minety.

27th March - from 7pm

Overnight closure of the B4696 Spine Road crossroads affecting both North End (Ashton Keynes) and Spine Road East (to Cerney Wick). Pothole repairs.

13th April - 8th May

Temporary traffic lights at the junction of North End and the B4696.

Gigaclear fibre works.

29th April - 1st May

Chelworth Road will be closed for patch repairs between the junction of Chelworth Industrial Estate and The Forty, Cricklade.
