1. APOLOGIES
2. MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting held on the 18th May 2021 were approved and signed.
3. REPORTS FROM WILTSHIRE COUNCIL & LOCAL POLICE
Cllr. Berry had nothing new to add but wanted to hear from us regarding issues we have, including waiting to hear about road signs and white lines on the roads being repaired. Bridge Paddocks and the noise coming from the lakes at the back of Manor Farm.
4. MATTERS ARISING
a) SID – Hoping to hear in the very near future that we can erect a post. The SID has to be updated in September, the license must be activated or we could lose it.
b) Missing road signs – Cllr. Baker is still working on this, trying to arrange a site meeting with Matt Perrott.
c) Cleaning of War Memorial – Clerk to make a follow up call to Franklin Memorials.
d) Welcome letter – Cllr. Thomas has written the letter, showing phone numbers and email addresses.
e) Playground equipment – After the meeting the Cllrs. went to the park, it was decided not to close it but the repairs need to be done as a matter of urgency especially the flooring.

a) Bus Shelters – It was decided to ask the villagers if anybody uses them, if not then dismantle three of the them with the possibility of selling them on.

10. ANY OTHER BUSINESS
a) The LPCC has said that planning permission has been given for a toilet to be put up at the back of the Church but planning for removal of the pews was declined.
b) Cllr. Drogomirecki pointed out that the turn into the bottom of Waterhay Lane was very dangerous because of overgrown hedges and grass, Cllr. Rumming is going to cut it back.
