Local elections were held across England on Thursday, 1st May.


In our area, Wiltshire Council is represented by 98 councillors.


Most of Leigh is represented by the MINETY ward.

Properties east of Swan Lane and Chelworth are represented by the CRICKLADE and LATTON ward.

37 - Conservatives

10 - Reform UK

07 - Independent

01 - Labour



MINETY WARD - Conservative


41.5% - Chuck Berry (Conservative)

37.3% - Nichola Clifton (Liberal Democrats)

18.3% - Victoria Carter (Reform UK)

02.9% - Arthur McAuley (Green Party)


CRICKLADE AND LATTON WARD - Liberal Democrats


63.3% - Nick Dye (Liberal Democrats)

20.9% - Nigel Darvill (Reform UK)

15.8% - Jack Davies (Conservative)
