Single dwelling of modest size to be used as an Equestrian Manager's House. Utilising the same site that temporary permission was granted (20/05195/FUL) Under consultation.

b) PL2025/04154 Land North of Cross Lanes Farm, Waterhay Lane, SN6 6QY The erection of a new dwelling, studio building, stable building, field shelter and creation of new access with associated landscaping. Under consultation.

c) PL2025/03873 – Waterhay Barn. Waterhay Lane SN6 6QY Erection of one self/custom build, wheelchair accessible dwelling. Refused 18 th July 2025. Gone to appeal.
