Part L 2026 - Revisions

If you’ve already downloaded your own copies of the Future Homes Standard and Future Buildings Standard (Part L 2026), do it again! There’s been some amendments.

Nothing too serious, just a few corrections and clarifications. All the big headlines (such as amount of PV and fossil fuel free requirements) remain the same.

There are also some updates in the pipeline for SAP10.3, which could impact existing results for some scenarios. More info to follow later this week.

Approved Document Part L (2026) was published in March 2026, with amendments issued in September 2026.
